2023 Adelaide Equestrian Festival kicks off from April 20-23
Get ready to witness some of Australia’s top Eventing superstars as the 2023 Adelaide Equestrian Festival kicks off from April 20-23. This four-day festival showcases all three elements of Eventing: Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping, all on the same horse throughout the competition. As the only Concours Complet International (CCI)* five-star event in Australia, and one of only seven events at this level held worldwide, it attracts the best horses and riders from across the Southern Hemisphere.
But the event isn’t just for competitors – spectators can enjoy a range of activities and displays as well, including twilight polo, fashion shows, and a larger marketplace to showcase pet and equestrian products and services from all over Australia and the world. And if you’re a wine lover, some of South Australia’s best wine producers like Rymill Coonawarra, K1 Wines & Ruston’s Distillery will be showcasing their quality products at the event.
The Adelaide Equestrian Festival takes place in Adelaide’s East Parklands, right in the heart of the city. This means you can experience the thrill of the competition while also enjoying the buzzing atmosphere of the city. With the Paris Olympics only a year away, the Australian Olympic selectors will be keeping an eye on the competitors, so you never know who you might be watching.
This year’s festival will have the biggest prize pool in the Southern Hemisphere with over $175,000 up for grabs. From General Admission to Grandstand and the Giddy Up Club, to luxury and style in the Peppermint Grove Lounge VIP Marquee, there’s something for everyone. So don’t miss out on the action – talk to your family and friends and get your tickets now.
