 Scratchings:   Please notify scratchings as soon as possible on 0429 368 627

 Secretary’s Office:   Will be open: Friday 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am.

 Back Numbers / Cards:   To obtain your back number, you must exchange a valid membership card and horse trials performance card before you ride. Failure to do so will result in you riding H/C.  Back numbers will be issued at the secretary’s office.

 Volunteer Helpers:   We will be relying on the volunteer helpers to turn up for their allocated task.  Failure to do so will result in the team competing H/C. Please ensure helpers report to the Woolshed office 15 minutes prior to their allocated task.

 Gear Check:   All competitors must present for gear check for each phase at least 20 minutes prior to their allocated riding time.  Failure to gear check will result in elimination.  Gear Check area will be signposted.

 Riding Times:   Please be ready at your allocated time to help the event run to schedule.

 Dressage Tests:   May NOT be called.

 Team Changes / Scratching:   Team changes cannot be made after 4pm on Friday 8th March. Substitutions will be accepted, but only if the new combination is graded at the same level as the scratched combination.  Refunds will not be paid unless a veterinary and / or medical certificate is lodged with the Event Secretary.  Such certificates will not be recognized for the purpose of refunds if lodged more than 7 days after the Event.

 Swabbing:   Random swabbing may occur.

 Catering / Food:   Food vans will be available all weekend. 

 Rubbish:  Please take your Rubbish Home.

 Schooling on Monday 11th March:   Riders will not be permitted to ride on the property unless prior arrangements are made directly with John Anker at Wandin Park.

 Protests and / or Disputes:   Protests must be lodged in accordance with Event rule 25.1 of the HRCAV Handbook.  Disputes must be lodged in accordance with Event rule 46.1 of the HRCAV Handbook. Forms are available from the Secretary’s office and must be accompanied by $20 in each instance.
